Terrible service. I made a reservation, but they did not give me any number, so after the day I could not not get a car. In addition, they said "We have a new policy. If you don't make a reservation before 2 hours, then we cant.. do anything." What the..

Nice staff . New vehicles that are not abused. Esp when you pay 250 a week witch i think the rental companies are making a killing off of us renters that take are of the vehicles they drive.
Now I felt the staff at this location acted very professional and in a timely manner, considering they have been understaffed every time I'm there. If there is poor service it is due to Hertz HR as this is a corporate location...maybe their CEO needs to go out as an Undercover Boss.
