After all this... They finally find me a car at the same location. I was so upset with this company...
I've been using Enterprise for over ten years and they always take great care of me. Sometimes I have called at the last minute and there's always a car for me. The staff at the office I use, along with being professional are great to work with. The pick-up service is a wonderful perk. Without means of getting to the office it would be very difficult otherwise.
The vehicle we got here was not a very good one. I picked up the vehicle. Two hours into the trip... I had to call the company and ask for a new car to finish my trip. We started out with a full tank of gas. Two hours later we had 1/4 tank and the car was pulling to the right really hard.
I had a great experience at this location. The staff were very friendly, reservation was easy to book, and the rental car served it's purpose. My only note is that when selecting insurance (which I didn't need to utilize luckily but was happy to elect for the coverage) from Enterprise in FL it's VERY expensive by comparison of other agencies - over $10 per day more ($27 per day versus $17 daily with other companies). All else went great and I understand insurance rackets in FL so no need to deduct a star.
After speaking to the office three times, I finally get roadside assistance. Who I should had called first... They were trying to find me a car. It seems as if no car was available. I then tell them that I want my contract cancel then. I told them that I would call another company.
My experience with everyone at this location was awesome. I had my car totaled and even when I needed to extend they made it easy.
Service is always great. Sometimes the vehicles we get aren't super comfortable and the staff is very good about exchanging it. SUN's and vans are always clean when we get them.
The company did give us a discount on the car and 10% off our next rental.
