I rent from Avis for work out of requirement, but I chose to rent from Avis on vacation in Florida with my family. Everything went great with the rental. What really impressed me is that Heather at the Orange Park location tracked us down and returned my son's wallet that had been left in the car! Absolutely amazing service, when we had no idea where we had lost that wallet along the way. Thank you, Heather!
I am an Avis Preferred Plus Member, I rent from this Avis location every week.
Ordered my reservation online in advanced. They were happy to charge me but when i went to go pick up my rental they were out of my car and they told me for the first time i needed a major credit card on hold for them. When i asked why they didnt call me about the reservation they said they did but i had no missed calls from the company. Waste of time going through these people.
Sorry that I did not get her name, but the redhead at the counter treated me great, was super nice, and saved me a bundle by review my rate. I certainly recommend doing business with her.
They always take great care of me and my family.
