Amy at the counter allowed us to leave a family member off and told her after we left the area...." i am not sure i will have a car for you at 1200.". She was rude and made no atrempt ol locste another car. We drove bak to take our cousin to another vendor.
Please do not let these other reviews turn you away. This place is a life saver. We were headed out of town when the transmission went out on our personal vehicle. We really needed to leave so we went to several rental companies that treated us like that didn't even want our business. Unlike these guys they worked with us and gave us a great deal on a vehicle that would accommodate our needs family wise and didn't break our bank. BIG SHOUT OUT TO WILLIAM FOR YOUR HELP! I'll never go anywhere else for our rental needs.

I went in to make a reservation. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. On pickup day Amy was the one who helped me. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped me with selecting the right vehicle for next week's trip.
