Most professional company I’ve dealt with. Got 4 estimates. KayCo wasn’t the cheapest but was most impressed with them. Super happy with the work!
They started hammering outside my window at 9am on a Saturday. (They were fixing the roof on the condo next door). I asked the workers to stop and come back on Monday and they were going to. I then spoke to the owner, who made them go back to work because they were 1 and 1/2 months behind schedule on their other jobs. Their office is closed on Saturday and the owner was sitting in his nice quiet house, but he didn't care that I had to be disturbed all day on my only day off. He was very rude and unprofessional. I told him it was not my fault that they were 1 and 1/2 months behind schedule. All I was asking them to do was come finish on Monday and he told me no. He didn't care if it bothered me. Yeah, great, professional company you have there!
Out of 4 estimates, after hurricane Irma, they gave the lowest estimate using the same quality products as the other companies. They did not insist on seeing insurance paper work with $$ as ALL the other companies did. Cindy, office manager, was most helpful. Crew was professional. I highly recommend this company.
Had leak in two spots of my roof couldn't locate. They came out found and repaired in no time. Very polite young men that work there as well.
