I called this company two years ago to do my roof, because I live closed by. The guy came in and was supposed to give me an estimate. To make the story short, I am still waiting for it. 2 weeks later I hired another company. Last week, I called the company again to replace a few damaged shingles and to give them another chance, because I figured it was not the company; it was probably the contractor’s fault. They put me in contact with one of their guys, who gave me an over the phone estimate based on my description of the project and supposed to call me back to start doing the work, well once again they left me waiting. This is bad business.
Did a great job. On time, worked hard. Finished job looks good. Could have done a little better in clean-up; found nails and trash for a couple of weeks afterward.
