We did have a little issue with our back porch and in two days someone was sent to correct it
It took the insurance check a while to come in but Serena, the office manager was extremely patient with us and we always had positive and pleasant conversations.

Better Home Improvement did an excellent job installing a new roof for my elderly parents home. Chris came in with a very thorough presentation and answered all their questions. The install was done in record time with no problems. The installers were on the roof two days and there were no issues. You couldn't even tell that they had been there except for the new roof!

Very happy with BHI. Chris was fantastic in explaining things during the estimate and follow up visit. Billy was great with coordinating supplies and delivery and workmen. The roofers were very professional, quiet and cleaned up better than I thought would happen. They were very particular in how neat they kept things. I waited until today to do the review since we have not had any rain in a few weeks. Wanted to test the new roof and it stood up very well!! Highly recommend BHI for roofing work.
