Not happy. But not gonna go and rate horribly either. Stopped by to get something a little after 11.. All the lights on. No answer at drive thru. Backed up and went to a stall.. Pushed the button. Screen said someone will be with me shortly.. No One got with me. After 4 or so minutes of just waiting. Cool deal.. Pulled away and saw two employees just standing in the corner. Not sure if they were really closed.. Or just trying to shut down early.. But slightly annoying especially because of they were closed. They could have informed me.. All good.
Took 20 min after i ordered to get my food. Gave me the wrong drink. They told me they didnt have honey barbecue even tho i was looking as it on the menu. I will never go to this sonic ever again.
Very happy with this Sonic. They almost always get the order right...even special orders. Only downside is they can be very slow.
Tried pump in pie and cheescake milkshake. It was great until I got halfway down was not mixed properly. The flavors were separated and it was awful. I guess it was the cheesecake because is tasted really sour. Had to stop car at nearest point and spit out,wash mouth out yuck,defiantly bad experience for $5.00. I figured maybe it was her first day, we have all made those cusomer service mistakes. I didn't go back because it was rush hr in orange park,even though it was the last $5.00 I had. Thank goodness there's a trash can where I pulled over.
Oh sonic how I love your fresh made burgers. I just wish you hired people that gave a scrap. I always have to send my burger back because the don't make it fresh the first time. 6 of 6 times ive had a one star visit and have had to get the manager involved.
