Word of advice..!
Hookah is great, food is meh. Service isn't that great either, but beer selection is decent.
Very nice atmosphere. Quaint and trendy at the same time. Good music, good food, good staff. I live for the cheese fries and blue long islands. My friends and co-workers frequent this spot any night of the week for drinks and a bite to eat.
It's a good sport's bar/pool hall/hookah lounge. Good price on Sunday's with half off pool and domestics too.
Need more bartenders staffed on a weekend nite. They were on top of drink "refills" until it got busy. Took forever for us to get someones attention to get our last round, Then when it came down to pay, again it was a long waiting game. The tenders with the increase in bar business were only paying attention to the ppl coming up to order drinks, no longer giving their active bar top guest priority whatsoever. I've been in the industry a long time, I understand being understaffed for whatever reason (ppl calling out/ request off/ high labor cost). But, in that case if your bar is getting rocked & your tenders are struggling, then as the manager on duty you should do what you can to ease the situation. Not once while sitting at the bar for around 2-3hrs did we see a manager present or anybody resembling anyone that could possibly be in a management position.
Just let me start by saying that I have been to many bars with hookah lounges in the country however, i noticed a few things which is that the food was phenomenal! In addition, we got the hookah as well and it wasn't not working not matter the wait time to warm up.Last but not least, the lady in the bar serving drinks was very rude and said some smartass comments after I came up to pay, due to the fact that I asked several questions previously from me being served with food. I understand that staff is very tiring. But maintaining compusure while stressed is key to providing customer satisfaction. If they are unhappy and don't not take pride in their job then leave the job or it will speak volumes for this bussiness and many more that have the name written on it. As a bussiness owner of a company this will not go unheard but will be willing to understand the situation to better both the employee and the employer. You guys have a lot of potential to grow and be a competitor of javas but you guys are not even close with even the amount of pool tables and tvs you have. Small details go long ways when it comes to maintaining a bussiness.
Go during the week when it's not as busy if you wanna get acknowledged.
