What can I say about this place other than wedding saver! We were bumped from our original place and Chad got us an amazing deal at a beautiful venue. All of the staff were extremely lovely and helpful too. We don't know what we wouldn't have done without this place and we will definitely be visiting again for a dinner. Hey Chad we'll give you a heads up before we come back! Thanks again!
My spouse and I had a 2:30 reservation and upon arrival we confronted a mass of people coming and going out the front door. People just standing in groups and no one moving out of our way. Finally inside the hostess told us people was not leaving because they didn't want to go out in the rain which had quit.She said the 2:30 reservations was running late
We returned home and ate left overs
On the plus side our waiter was attentive and prompt so the service itself was good. Overall it was a decent experience but overpriced in my opinion.
Beautiful place but could use some updated facilities for the bathrooms and there were bees on the back stairs to the wedding area!

The restaurant has an interesting antiquated atmosphere to it. I ate here with a party of about 30 so, understandably, we only had 3 choices of meals. The quality of food was about as I had expected given they had to cater to so many of us. Overall, the experience was positive and I look forward to returning with another person or a small group.
The steak filet and shrimp dish I ordered was good but the chicken/pasta dish my wife ordered seemed to be mostly pasta with what appeared to be canned mushrooms. If it was a $10 dish you could expect that but for the $18-$25 per plate they were charging it didn't seem worth the money. Cocktails and wine had the usual stiff restaurant markup with my whiskey sour coming in around 8$ and my wife's wine around $7.
The bacon wrapped scallop appetizer we ordered was good but the fact they served them in an odd number (three instead of four) just seemed like a bit of excessive corner cutting. If need be charge another couple of bucks and serve four of them so couples dining together can split them.
We stood around for a while and realized this was not going anywhere any time soon
I found the dining experience at the Hilltop restaurant to be decent but not exceptional. The food and drink prices seemed steep for the quality/quantity.
