It's been 5 months since I've used this facility because the car comes out of automatic car wash dirty. I only went there because I thought maybe automatic washers had been fixed by this time. This time it was the worst! I had to re-wash car by hand after it went through the $9 car wash.
The time before last time when I used this automatic car wash it was not working properly, so I was given a automatic car wash coupon. One time before that (the 2nd time I had ever seen an attendant) I was given the quarters back because vaccum was not sucking. Also, there is no attendant to take care of problems on site.
Never lets me down. Vacuum always works no issues with sprayer or scent spray. Nice and clean
Beware the 5 star reviews. The manager likes to walk around and hand you a free air freshener while asking for a 5 star review. I've been there 3 times. Twice now the hoses have been broken and only worked at a 3rd of the capacity, leaving my car covered in soap streaks. I had to go home and rewash my car. I went there because the soap brush makes scrubbing the car easier but it's not worth it when the hoses are broken so often. The vacuum works fine but I've never had a problem with the vacuum at any car wash.
I paid for 2 washes in 2 different automated wash stalls and neither worked, just sprayed soap all over my car! I have not been able to find a good contact number or an employee for a refund.
The phone number to this facility is not in service. So, there is no way to contact the facility.
Also, I spent $2 on vacuum today and it was not sucking. I went home and re-vacuumed. This is a shame, because this facility is in a great location.
Paid $9 for the Ultimate wash just to find the same road grime and dirt still on my truck. Currently going over my entire truck now with a spray detailer and the white microfibers are BLACK now. Won't be going there again, even with my wife's car.
