With 2 small destructive kids the back of the SUV gets pretty crummy, they clean the chocolate and milk better than I always expect.
Disappointed, and will not return. Just moved to town and chose this car wash due to the high rating, but was significantly let down this time. Picked "The Works," which is over $40 BTW, because it had been a while since I've been able to wash the car...I've literally had more effective washes at unmanned drive through washes. Headlights and grill are still covered with dead bugs, same for side view mirrors, and they didn't even touch the roof or luggage rack. Windshield was streaked in places, and also still had bug remains. Inside, while well vacuumed, was poorly wiped down with little attention to detail. Tires...not shiny at all. Fortunately for them, I was in a rush and didn't have time to approach mgmt; I just won't be back. Complete waste of money, but fortunately not much time. Also only a few miles from NAS Jax and offer no military discount, which is rare for being so close to base.
Easily my favorite car wash. Went to a few others when I missed their hours, or just got lazy and went to a closer wash.
Been a few years since going to Charles & George's since we moved from OP. I was in the area on Aug 26th and thought I would pop in to have our car cleaned...Well stupid me left the auto wipers on and the lady who drove my car in didn't either...well as you can watch it going down the line, it made it almost to the end before one was ripped off :/
The management handled it extremely well. Reimbursed me for the replacement wiper purchase (Not cheap on a Mercedes) and washed my truck for free for the hassle. What great service! Next time I'm in OP, I'll definitely be coming back!
I've paid over $130 for detailing, that left my car smelling like a mop bucket, don't confuse "the works" for detailing. It's worth getting every so often for that extra layer of shine.
Great customer service. If they think your vehicle can be cleaner they'll run it through again.
Been going here for a few years when I get around to washing the car, but I won't be going back. On my first visit I told them I had never been there before; they noted on the ticket that I was new and that was the only time they didn't disappoint. There is no menu of services posted when you pull up, they just offer you the most expensive package right off the bat and you have to ask about their prices. This last time I paid almost $50 for "the works," rainx, and mat cleaning. Armor All application is spotty, lint left on windows, dirt and bird poop residue is still on the car, and the wheels still have dirt that I can take off with my finger. There is little value for the money anymore and no quality control. Make sure you thoroughly inspect the car before you leave!
