Been a while since I've used this place regularly. It sure has gone downhill. I never minded waiting an hour because it was always done right. Last two times it was rushed and they did a poor job. Today was my last visit. It used to be great, but now I can do better in my driveway, cheaper and faster.
Detailing isn't very good at all, been there twice with same result.Doesnt or didn't vacuum thoroughly or clean cup holder area. Wouldn't recommend to a friend as far as detailing. Staff is polite and the machines do a fairly well job of cleaning the exterior.
wash was good service not so much! the employees kept walking by my van like it was the plague. took a good 30 min before someone got to it. with that said all the cars that came in after me got done first! this was my first and last visit!
I paid $45 to get the Express Interior wash done on my 'new to me' car. The seat wasn't cleaned, the cup holders were horrible and since one of the trays was open they didn't close it to clean the top. I may return if I just want a quick wash and vacuum but I won't waste my money for anything beyond that.
I paid a hundred bucks to have the inside of my car detailed and it didn't look like they "cleaned" anything and left the oily chemicals smeared around in random places. This place was recommended to me by Keith Pierson Toyota as "the best and most affordable." I can personally say, wrong on both accounts. Won't be visiting this place again.
