Just AWESOME: I drive a 2006 CTS cadilac and it put me down September 21. I had my car towed to shipman auto on that day. My car was shaking, skipping, smoking and cutting off. My car was not drive-able. Shipman auto had my car ready for pick-up the next day. I needed my electrical coils replaced , break work, and points replaced along with some other tibits the mechanic did to help my car run better.. My car is driving like a BRAND NEW car. I am very pleased. Mike worked on my car.

I heard good things about Shipman's from my tire shop (All Starz) and gave them a try. They were great from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly, met two of the mechanics and the shop manager. I had a great cup of coffee, vehicle promptly serviced and charged reasonably for the work performed. Waiting room was comfortable and clean.
I went to Shipman Auto on a gamble just from reading reviews online and I was not let down. From the moment I stepped foot in the office I felt welcome and respected. The customer service from Carolyn and Ruth was outstanding. When it came to work on my vehicle they were honest, did not pressure me to do any work, and let me make the decision. I truly felt like they cared. I will be coming here for all future vehicle needs.
This was my first major work needed for my 2005 Chevy 2500HD. Mr. and Mrs. Shipman are two of the nicest people you will meet and deal with!
