I think the most important determinant is the management. Here they shine. Chris is awesome. She is so helpful and friendly and really cares about any issues you may have. Then there are the facilities. They are some of the best around town; wide driveways and very clean. If you visit often, you can always catch the staff doing some chore around the complex to keep it spic ‘n span. And finally the price; currently they are offering deals for first month and their regular rates are very competitive. But I think the thing that sells the place best is the staff, GREAT JOB!
