Convient, clean and friendly. Staff is very helpful.
Management is overbearing. The first time we went into our unit the office manager followed us up there to make sure we wouldn't scratch her floors. Also she calls on the day the payment is due to request payment. I know what day my rent is due and you will get your money but don't harass me. If I (a responsible bill paying adult) choose not to make my payment on the day it is due then that is my choice to accrue a late fee. I am considering moving my property to a less invasive facility.
