I always get my shoes from finish line since I have the rewards program lately the customer service has been horrible. Hate the fact that I have to drive all the way to the avenues to get my shoes but looks like I will be. Need to hire employees that care about their customers

I was disappointed in the level of customer service I received today. I understand at the time I was in the store there were several customers in the store, and I'm pretty patient. I can say I was greeted by both employees that I have seen and it took me a while to identify one of them because she was having a conversation with to men in the store that it didn't look like they weren't buying anything. That same employee asked what size I needed and then past it on to another employee. It feels real good when your past on to someone else...I see already no interest in my business. Usually when I have been attended to at that particular store in the past, it doesn't take them no more than 2 minutes to bring out the product for fitting. I was left there waiting for a while and honestly I should of timed it, but it was a while until I decided to leave. I have been treated at this store well in the past in fact I remember a tall black young gentleman that was prior Air force that help me with some good running shoes in the past. I can't say I'm a regular but every 6 months I'm buying a pair of running shoes because I go through them quick. Don't want to get anyone in trouble because they are all good people there, but word of advise...stay on your game while you at work and make money while you at it...you lost a little business to your competition today unfortunately.
