They never have enough only 1 or 2 pairs of shoes there stock sucks
Took my family there (Champs Sports in Orange Park Mall) on black Friday (11/24/2017)... the store closing time was at 1am we made in about 12:55 along w several other customers. We were welcomed by a female employee and we immediately asked her for a certain product because we knew exactly what we wanted. Well because she didn't know how to find what we wanted she guided us to her manger. He then told us that he could order it online for us but then said that well it's now 1am and he can't help us. I asked him what was the point of telling us that he could help us only to turnaround and look at his watch to say that he couldn't?.. and besides that we made it in before closing time. I've worked in retail for many years, and the number 1 rule when it comes to closing time is that if the customer makes it in *before* closing, you have a right to serve them. To add fuel to the fire, other customers were starting to ask why they couldn't make a purchase and the so called manager threatened to call security if they didn't leave. There were only about 5 or 6 customers in all so I really couldn't understand the disrespect. But fortunately we don't shop at Champs shoe store very often and definitely won't be going back anytime soon.
