The CAM Team is the 4th company to manage our community of over 450 homes and by far the best. Linda and Bob Woods are both consummate professionals who truly care about people. Their collection efforts have given us the ability to lower dues and have reduced the outstanding account amounts from 6 figures to only $10k. They are very receptive to listen to issues and make every effort to resolve problems. The company is on top of violations to keep the community looking good and homes sell quickly. I would highly recommend them.

We worked with other management companies but they just did not compare to the CAM Team! Wendy is always there to help whenever I need anything, whether it's a form or advice on how to handle a problem with a neighbor. They do great work and I'd recommend them to my best friend. And did!
These Cam Managers and team are absolutely amazing! They stand behind their word and treat you like family. I have personally met and dealt with everyone in the office and each and everyone of them have the best of characters and personalities, especially Wendy Brozino.
