I still need my deposit money back. I told them please don't mail my check, I went back to the establishment and of course they mailed it. I'm still waiting for my money. Very inconvenient!

I was in and out very quickly. This location is very well run. I've done business with them a few times in the past year and have had a pleasant experience each time.
EVERYTIME anyone I know has made a reservation more than 36 hours in advance for a moving truck or trailer over the internet or by phone, this location never has it available at the time of the scheduled pick up nor have what was reserved scheduled to be dropped off from another customer that day. Don't expect any sort of accommodations to compensate for their negligence either. However, if you go in person to rent from them a vehicle that you can see already in the parking lot for the day... As long as you get there first it's a hassle free rental process.
