Absolutely amazing service! I would give this Life Storage nothing less than 5 stars! Lynn is one of the most knowledgeable and professional assistant managers I have met. She answered any and all questions/concerns I had. Also, may I add that the units/hallways were immaculate! The best Life Storage in the area!
The service and employees were top notch on friendliness, helpful and the business was clean. I had no problems at all the whole time that I had my belongings there. I even move to a small unit with no problem. I would highly recommend this storage facility and I would come back if I needed to store again.
We've been using this storage facility for years and have never had any issues here. The staff is fantastic and always willing to help. I wish I could remember everyone's name but Ronda in particular is amazing and consistently goes out of her way to provide excellent service. The units themselves are maintained in excellent condition and the climate control features help keep all of your valuable items in their original condition. I highly recommend this facility for both short and long term storage.
I have used Life Storage, formally known as Uncle Bob's Storage, for 6.5 year's. The Manager, Rhonda, has been EXCELLENT in reassuring me that my things were Safe, Preserved and Monitored 24/7. I have been a very Happy Customer. This facility definitely Exceeded my expectations. Very clean facility, very NICE and Educated Staff. I would recommend this facility to my Friends and Family.
One of the best experiences I have had. I walked into the store to browse the selection and pricing of the different units they have at Life Storage. I was greeted by the most welcoming assistant manager, Lynn. I cannot emphasize enough on the level of customer service and knowledge she exemplified.
