Worst steakhouse experience I have ever had. I took my daughter there for her birthday. She wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse, but I suggested Longhorn based on previous experiences at other locations. What a mistake I made. When we walked in, it smelled like stale, dirty rag. We were seated and tended to properly, but it went downhill from there. Our drinks were brought out and then we were forgotten about for about 20 minutes. When my steak came out, it was overcooked. I ordered medium, it was well done. I sent it back. The server had me take my potato off of my plate and put it on an appetizer plate. I guess they didn't want to spare an extra sweet potato. My new steak came out very undercooked. It was a cold, bloody center. It was supposed to be a warm, pink center. To top it off, it was a much smaller cut of meat. I didn't complain anymore and just wanted to eat and get out of there. I will never give them my business again. To add a little icing on the cake, the floors were full of trash and food. We told them it was my daughter's birthday, and they didn't acknowledge. Worst restaurant in Fleming Island.
Arrived around 3:15 pm, no wait, service was very good. I ordered the Hawaiian salmon w/little bits of pineapple on top, was absolutely delicious however, will never order it again, it was what I considered to be an extremely small portion of salmon for nearly $20, way too much money for the portion size!
Best steak on the island, unless I want to cook myself. Really like the Firecracker Shrimp App. They could be a little more generous on the pours of wine. Wait staff is always attentive and never had a bad meal here.
