Love this place we order from here at least twice a week. Drivers are always very respectful and fun to talk to. Heck they get to your door faster than Tony Stewart yeee yeee
Tried to order a pizza online and accidentally selected the wrong delivery time. Called to correct my mistake and they said they would deliver my order as soon as possible, "which should be 15-20 minutes". An hour later - no pizza. I call again, and they said they "got really busy all of a sudden," had no recollection of me calling to correct the delivery time, and that it would be another 20-30 minutes for one medium pizza. Very frustrating considering I had somewhere to be and it is now an hour and a half after I originally ordered.
Should have gone to Lil Ceasars! Pizza stinks, employees are knuckleheads and pizza really, really stinks. "Manager" needs managerial skills. Someone needs to clean up this Hut big time.
the worst service ever. delivery was 30 minutes late and was cold. plus it was the wrong pizza. was told the pizza was on way and made fresh and hot. wow if that's fresh and hot id hate to see what it would be like if they said it was cold. I think the driver stopped for lunch on the way with my pizza. horrible
