This is a great place for fresh hot tasty pizza. Quite worth the wait for a good pizza to eat.
We recently visited this location on our way to transfer my wife's mother from the hospital to a rehab center with very little time to spend eating at a restaurant. The manager (didn't get his name) asked what he could get for me and I explained I was in a rush. Without delay he had our pizza on its way into the oven and in less than 10 minutes from our arrival we were on our way. I attempted to tip him. He said "no it was not necessary I like to pay it forward" (although I insisted he take it) This is how a real company operates and I truely value knowing people like him. Thank you again!
Second time this month waited for an 45 minutes after calling 15 minutes prior. Both times after waiting for so long it took 10 more minutes to void my transaction. I love Pappa John's for years now I will never go back. I intend to lodge formal complaint with corporate office. Pappa John's Fleming Island Florida is the worst I have ever seen. What a shame because Pappa John's makes the best pizza.
