I haven't had to go there too often but I will admit very quick and professional which is a good thing
I went here years ago to get my kids' passports applied for and they were amazingly friendly and courteous compared to the hassle that you go through with the post office nearer to where I live. These folks are so service oriented and friendly you would think you were visiting family. I just called to ask a few questions and the woman who answered the phone was so exceedingly friendly I was amazed. Whoever is running the Clerk's office is doing a great job in training and hiring. These people are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos to Clay County. The whole country would come here to apply for passports if they knew how they would be treated!!!!
