"Horrible Harry and Respectful Rogelio"
My boyfriend shopped at this store for items to help his daughter complete a science project. My boyfriend needed assistance and unfortunately came across store associate Harry hence the title of this review. When my boyfriend asked Harry for assistance, Harry's demeanor was that of someone being inconvenienced. He didn't fully answer my boyfriend's questions and basically left him to figure it out on his own. Rogerio saw my boyfriend looking for items and not only answered his questions but pointed him in the right direction. My boyfriend walked out of the store momentarily and when he came back Rogerio asked him if he'd found what he was looking for and walked him to the aisle to help him further. My boyfriend was able to locate the item thanks to Rogerio's dedication to customer service; Rogerio even walked him to the check out lane to ensure everything was ok. Thank you Rogerio, great customer service goes a long way!
WOW the fastest service I've ever had. Specially after 9 p.m. at night. Price were right in my budget. At that hour tons of helpful people with happy faces. It was really a happy place. I was really glad 2 go at that hour.
