I have been coming to Kutters for over 15 years! Family oriented, local business in Orange Park! Simply amazing. They are the only ones who can handle my long thick hair. From updo's to highlights, coloring even perms. I absolutely trust them. Super friendly, very warm. Plenty of parking spots which is great. Located off of blanding blvd so very convenient to Starbucks & Panera. Whatever you're in the mood for changing your hair color to something drastic or taming down your curls they have done it all. Definitely call these ladies to make an appointment. Just like other hair salons they are closed on Sundays & Mondays! They can do late appointments after hours if necessary, book in advance. I honestly don't trust anyone else to do my hair except this hair salon. Plus the price is great!
