Went to the Rooms To Go off of Philips Hwy and was greeted right off the bat. Ended up purchasing $6000+ worth of furniture. Associates were friendly and staff was helpful. Skip the attitude at Orange Park and do yourself a favor with the Philips Hwy location.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Spent 45+ minutes browsing the store and not a single person asked if they could help us. Would not recommend this store to any family, friends, acquaintances, or strangers.
My Experienced at this rooms to go was great. I had an awesome salesman name Keith and there was no pressure to buy anything which i did purchase a total of 4 items their. This rooms to go had so much different items than the Georgia store, and with the type of service i received wife and i will definitely will back.
I bought some furniture for my sons room when we moved. I was not to excited on the delivery date. After the long wait we got the furniture, I looked it over and saw scratches and marks on the dresser. One area there is no paint at all. For all I paid for the furniture I was not happy!! It looks like a dresser from a garage sale. I called ROOM TO GO and I was told that I need to wait even longer to get them to give me a new one. My so called delivery date is at the end of Aug. My 8 year old is going to living out of his travel bag till he gets his dresser because ROOMS TO GO doesn't care to fix their issue quickly. To me the customers are not important. I was a cash buyer and I plan not to ever come back to the store to get any furniture.
I have purchased from RTG in the past and it was not a good experience. Recently though I was looking for a specific piece of furniture. I checked two local stores and didn't find what I wanted. I did a google search and found it and it said Rooms To Go. I went the next day, found exactly what I was looking for and it was available for delivery the same week. The salesman was friendly, and helpful. That was a complete change from my last experience. The delivery couldn't have been better. I am very happy with the quality of my purchase and it looks wonderful in the room. I am happy I gave RTG another chance.
We have purchased our furniture for years. What I love about them is the no interest period. There furniture is of great quality with many selection to choose from. We decide to look at another well known company, near them. We weren't impressed how the grass outside was overgrown; which says a lot to us. We looked around and only saw one item we liked. So we just drove back down to our favorite and purchased a bedroom set and family room furniture. Never have been happier with Rooms To Go.
