I think the store owner is one of the nicest person, Never had any issues with customer service and if I had any issues the store owner/manager was always more then willing to help. been out of work for a little over 2yrs struggle to make minimum payment, they always work with us, now to the point of not making any pymt, I know im not the only one who have hit rock bottom, but finally a new job can't wait to start paying back what i owe.
I am a generational customer of Badcock Home Furniture and the store in Orange Park, FL is great place to shop for quality merchandise. Customer service representative, Maria, is the best of the best. She always greets me with a smile and she is such a great asset to the company. Thank Stacy for all your help!!
Worst experience ever. Call ahead and spoke to one of their workers about me picking up my furniture instead of them delivering it. The guy told me yes it was okay to come in the next day and pick it up, when I got there the manager husband told me the furniture is not in the store so I can't get anything today, and still had to pay the company I got to pick it up the furniture. But that wasn't the worst part the white girl Maria that work there start giving me an attitude and stated that it people like us Im African AMERICAN come in the store and make up stories and she don't believe a thing I said she believe her white co workers and the didnt tell me that, oh this all happen in front of the man that's married to the manager of the store.

Secondly, and most importantly, I've NEVER had a problem with this store or staff! I've had to switch from a delivery to a pick-up in the past and they made everything easy. I was going through a difficult divorce, but Maria helped me pick things out and was completely honest with me, which made a great impression! I love that the staff does not work on commission; I believe this makes the environment a friendlier one for sure.
