We love Pet Smart ! They staff is awesome. They help with adoptions & also with the animal shelters in town. To me,,I want to patronize Pet Smart for helping to save animals lives. They also match prices & have the best selection. Our Babies give Pet Smart "Two Paws" up !!
I called about dog nail clipping since I had never been to this store and it is a LONG drive for me. I was told they had this service and told the price. I had my husband drive me since I have never driven in this area. We arrive only to be told NO SERVICE WITHOUT PAPERS????? My dog had on her tags NOT GOOD ENOUGH? Sure wish lady on the phone had bothered to give me all NEEDED info on the phone. Long drive for nothing. Once phone; I called to speak to manager to advise better training for employees who answer the phone LOL the person who answered the phone, when I ask to speak to the store manager actually told me she was the manager!!!!!!! Do they really believe people believe that???? NEVER RETURN HERE!!!!
Took my cat there for grooming and they were great with him. I know he can be a handful sometimes but all the ladies loved him. Made me feel real good.
