Karen was the main person we worked with while renting from this company and I can't say enough great things about our experience with her. She made the renting process easy and was quick to fix things that were not working properly at the beginning! She was very attentive to our needs and questions during our 1.5 years of renting with them. Unfortunately the rental house we were in flooded pretty bad during hurricane Irma and we had to find a new place. She was great with communication of making sure we were safe during the long process of evacuating. And then Karen went out of her way to offer other properties from another company to make sure we had a safe home to move into due to their inventory of homes not available in our price range/area request. To me that is above and beyond customer service and I would highly recommend them as a company to work with!
