I have had frozen shoulder for 6 months and finally the pain was unbearable so I went to Southeast Orthopedic where I seen Dr. Bates and just One day after my visit my pain is about 80% gone and it's been just one day !! Thanks to Dr. Bates I have my life back. I'm even washing and drying my own hair and I was almost pain free on my job today !!! Thanks so much to Dr. Bates and his assistant. I will forever be great full for getting my pain free life back .
They are pretty bad at answering the phones. I like the doctors, but a 15 minute wait to answer my call... whatever...
I had my ACL replaced my Dr. Paul Shirley and it has healed great. The procedure was smooth and my recovery swift and as pain free as can be expected. Almost a year out of surgery and I'm back to martial arts.
I had shoulder surgery over 2 years ago performed by Dr Bates at St. Vincent's, Clay County. Very professional doctor with a great bedside manner and expertise. His staff is very nice and all the nurses and technicians were the same.
I recently underwent hand surgery for a diagnosis of Trigger Finger on my thumb. I cannot express how professional I found Dr. Goll and his PA leading up to and including the surgery. His demeanor is above reproach as is his skill. Within hours of the surgery I experienced freedom from the pain that had plagued me for months. He expertly and clearly explained the procedure and the follow-up care. Only a few days after the surgery and I have full range of motion and found the whole process to be relatively pain free. I am anticipating removal of the stitches in another week and find office visits to be timely and professional. Highly recommended.
Update: After waiting 27 minutes (at this point I just wanted to see if they would) I was disconnected unceremoniously.
