This is responding to Chris Fuller also using names such as DJ Mann and CJ Mann on other website. We are a company that has been in business since 1999 and never had a complaint and receives business from word of mouth of very satisfied clients which is how they complement the work completed and is highly recommended from Sherwin Williams, Florida Paint and Valspar, etc. My workers and I are trustworthy and take our profession very seriously and is very meticulous and can provide many years of references from awesome homeowners, contractors, realtors, home decorators, property management companies that I have accumulated in the course of 19 years from running my business with integrity, never Taken money up front which guarantees the work I provide will be to every customers satisfaction when job completed as it did to the above alias’s. Whom when upon completion of the exterior and interior was paid in full with no complaints whatsoever to then go online 9 months later after job completed in June 2016 and make absurd comments and wrongful accusations in February 2017 is not understandable. I was contracted to paint the interior and exterior of the house I reduced my price $500.00 to accommodate your budget, so a $44.00 deteriorated hose reel that you claim my employee broke is what prompted these absurd claims is again completely not understandable. The $44.00 was sent from Compass Bank upon learning of this post. So after 19 years of business in Clay and Duval County the only complaint we have gotten is from a man who used 3 different aliases. I will close this knowing my peace comes from God who knows every motive of every person on earth for why and what they try to do to others.
One star because the paint job was just ok. But beware of the items in your home. I trusted the owner (who is on site during painting) and did not stay during painting, my home was painted inside and out. Unfortunately I would come home to find that my personal items was being used and cabinet doors that was not being painted were being opened. (they had paint on them). When I call to ask about this issue I was told "my guys said they did not". One of my blind's was broken when taken down this I understand could happen but it was placed back in a way I would not know until it was used. When my hose reel was broken I asked that it be replace and was told it would. Well after 3 time of being told by the owner he was mailing the check I just chalked it up to poor service and no integrity. $44 additional to the job. If you are using Tropical stay on site during painting.
