Excellent service and got a watch battery fixed no problem even as it was 30 minutes before close. Prices VERY affordable! Will DEFINITELY bring all my watches to be fixed here!

I absolutely LOVE the staff here. Went to have my engagement ring sized up because the original jeweler didn't size it correctly. I went in for a consult and told Robin that I absolutely didn't want to go a day without my beautiful ring. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND by taking down my number and calling me with a date and time that I could actually go in and have the ring done while I waited. When I got there, Mike allowed me to go sit in the back with Reuben and actually watch while he sized it. The process was SO COOL! I can't imagine any other jewelry store, ESPECIALLY big chains, doing any of those things! The customer service is absolutely awesome and the jewelry on-site is GORGEOUS! Definitely will be buying my future hubby's wedding band from here as well as any other future jewelry purchases! They have a customer for life! I LOVE KINGSLEY JEWELERS!
