Used their services for several jobs around my house 2 years ago and was very pleased with their promptness, professionalism, and final product. Now I can't even get anyone to call me back on setting up a time and date to give an estimate for needed work. Was told today (one week after initial call) she would try to talk to them tomorrow and see if they have time to do it. I told her to forget it. I need someone that provides some customer service. Not sure if they are under different management now. . . . .
