They are mostly amazing but there are somethings that I would change. I found out very early that I was pregnant, and being my first pregnancy I was excited to get in and start the process. From the very beginning the staff was super welcoming and I was always in and out quickly. Jessica was seriously the most amazing person ever! When it became apparent that I was going to have difficulties with the pregnancy she allowed me to come in once a week to do an ultrasound and check my blood work. She was always so supportive and called me back with all of my results as soon as she knew. I ended up having a miscarriage and was devastated. Through the whole process the staff was there to hold mine and my husband's hand. You could tell that they truly cared.
On the flip side I never got to meet either of the doctors during that process. It would have been nice to at least meet them upfront.

I have had the pleasure of having two of my five children with this practice. The entire staff is extremely kind and caring. I never feel rushed or that any concern is too menial. They are always happy to see you and excited for what's going on in your life. The wait had never been lengthy with the exception of power outage but that was unforeseeable. There are a couple people that I don't connect with but they were still kind and I'm sure work well for others. I cannot express how amazing this group of people are!
This is another example of how our medical system is all about their numbers ($$$$) and nothing about the well-being of the patients. Wife went in for a test and apparently they rescheduled her appointment for the day prior, and not only did not inform us, but they made her feel like it was her fault. From the moment we went in the first time 6 months ago , we both had a bad gut feeling about it, but hey, the reviews were fairly decent at the time and they delivered at the St Vicent’s Hospital right besides our neighborhood so we pursued it. I cannot even say anything about the doctors because we are 6 months in this pregnancy and have yet to meet Dr Hayler or any of their associated doctors. Just a handful of unprofessional nurses. What kind of practice is that? Then they call two hours later, telling us we could go to labcorp for the test and it “would be alright”. Bear in mind that at this point my wife had already ate and the test require her to fast overnight. Did they really expect a pregnant woman to fast for over 13 hours because you can’t manage your calendar? Completely lack of empathy from anybody in that office. My wife is high risk and we can’t take treatment like this. It is being stressful as it is. We declined that “suggestion” and informed we were in the process of switching doctors. So now we are going around town and talking to friends to find a new doctor. Definitely a bad practice.
Total incompetence. As a current patient at this office, when I became pregnant I of course called and attempted to make an appointment. After a week of calling and leaving messages I finally got through. As someone who has experienced losses due to low progesterone I asked for an appointment asap so that I don't lose this pregnancy as well. I was told that they would not see me, instead that they would send me over to get an ultrasound. They prescribed me progesterone without even testing my levels to prescribe the correct dosage! After my ultrasound I was told that Dr Hyler' s office would call right away to schedule an appointment. 5 days later they called and couldn't even schedule me until nearly a month out! Not only does this leave me without medication, but up until 28 weeks I'm supposed to have a check-up once per month! They didn't want to see me until I was over 3 months along for my first appointment! This is not my first child so I know what tests/ bloodwork they're supposed to perform as well as the exam. Stop taking patients and refer them elsewhere if you can't provide care, this is completely unacceptable.
Overall, I have had a really good experience here and would recommend them to others.
