Just purchased a new washer and dryer set from MR Alan Bent. Do me a favor,and give that man a raise for his exceptional customer service. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Great experience! Saved me some money and I was in and out of the store quickly
My last visit went smooth and quick, granted it was just for a broken tool replacement but a sales agent was there and eager to help. They did not have a rebuilt ratchet so he exchanged for a new one. I've never had a problem with Sears. Always good service. If your not satisfied, they will always try and make it right.

O.K. have you been to Sears lately. Frankly, I had forgotten about Sears. Around January I went into Sears for a dolly cart. Really out of frustration. Lowe's and Home Depot both had the cart. Problem was that no one wanted to help at either store. I saw online that Sears had the same cart so I went to take a look. At first it was weird, these sales folks came out of nowhere. After remembering that's why I stopped by in the first place. After finding the same cart for 30 bucks less now I was really surprised. Didn't Sears use to have the highest price? Not anymore. They are aggressive with there prices and promos. Make sure to join the rewards card they have. I cant begin to tell you how good they have become there. Amazing. Is it too little to late. I hope not. It would be ashamed to see an American icon like this go away.
