I initially felt comfortable with this shop because the staff wad friendly and the prices were decent. I was so comfortable that I took both of my cars to this shop, which wasn't cheap. I ended up having to bring each car back at least 3 times with a month of having them repaired! They just couldn't get it right. It was always a different story as to why the problem was unresolved. By the 4th visit for the same problem, the owner turned into a completely different person, very unapologetic and arrogant! He had the nerve to be upset with me for bringing the car back again, for the same problem! Finally, I took one of the cars to another mechanic who solved the original problem. Beware of this place, they appear nice, but once you let them know that they've done something wrong it turns into another situation. My advice is to go to a more well known shop, it may seem more expensive, but at least it is likely they will have the skills and equipment needed to fix the problem the first go round.

I have been bringing my 2 cars and truck and my mothers suv there for oil changes. they do a great job and get me in and out very quick. The price is better than one of the chain oil change shops and they do not pressure you into anything that you really do not need.
Terrible. I mean terrible. I wish i would have looked at the reviews before hand. But my dodge is worse off than before i paid $600 to them to fix the initial problem. The owner claims to be a preacher but i didnt see God in him at all once i told him the problems thats going on with my truck since leaving the shop. I will never come back. Brought it back initially 3 times then finally gave up. Id rather pay someone else with better service to fix it. Please beware of this company. Jus gave the 1 star because thats the lowest i can go.
I love this place. As woman, I do not feel intimidated to take my car here. Very nice and clean. Lonnie and Todd are the best.
