They have great selection on books. also its a good place to get stuff for D&D and general Nerd paraphernalia. also great service.
Called the day before asking did they have a certain book in stock I was told yes and that it would be held for me at the customer services desk for me to pick up the following morning. When I got there the next morning the woman in customer service had no idea what I was talking about and the book could not be located. She then searched their database then tells me they don't carry the book at all. I asked why I was told it was available, nonchalantly she responded I don't know...I was beyond pissed. Oh, and did I mention I drove 40 minutes out of the way! Never again!
Employees are helpful, kind, and know what they are doing. They help me find a new book every week!
