Just left a branch that was terrible , decided to come to this location and my experience walking through the door was better. This place smells much better. The lighting shows life , it's not stink and dark like the other location and the people are great . And yes they signed my check like they did previously .
There are no drive thru Windows. Only atm is outside the front doors.

Just terrible service and people working behind the teller bar. I attempted to deposit a check and withdraw some money but Ron( the teller) made several errors ranging from not knowing the policy (someone who proudly said he’s worked there for nine years) too simple subtracting on a withdraw sheet. Once the manager came over it was like I was dealing with twin brothers. I like Bank of America but drive the extra ten miles to a different branch.
I've been coming here a year. Somehow this started and I'm not sure why at least the writing hasn't been addressed and removed? Making this nice little bank look ghetto and apparently acceptable because after 3 months it's just getting worse and still remines.
Do yourself a favor and pick a different branch to do business with if you must use Bank of America.
While the folks that work here come across as nice, be prepared for long lines, employees whose smiles don't reach their eyes or listen. When I set up my account here, there were several things I asked for that were never done: middle name added to card when I didn't wish for it, checks were not ordered when I decided to have some (seems you can't order any at a later date unless you do so at the time of the account's creation).
