I visited around 1530 on a Wednesday. While the staff is friendly enough, and the food is good (typical Panera food), besides the bread be extremely old. What bothered me on this trip was the giant roaches roaming about the dirty, crumb ridden dining area. If I hadn't already eaten my food I would have promptly exited the establishment. What causes me to cringe is, how dirty is the place my food just came out of?

This Panera is great!y job orders for lunch always and its really good service here. I had an issue with my lunch sandwich and called to get a replacement. No issues! The manager was really nice and took care of the issue very quickly, totally made my day. African American guy with mustache, Frank I think, but not sure...awesome service, keep it up!:)
